Pretty soft and easy to eat, but compared to other sources of protein 'bars' had quite a bit of fat. But I guess its a cookie so you should know that, good as a treat

Best tasting protein cookies on the market. No canola or sesame oil as well which is great, almost every other cookie is made with cheap vegetable oil.

Quest cookies are one of a few products that meets my needs in terms of cutting out sugar. Most use sugar alcohols, this one uses Erythritol, which doesn't affect the body the same way as Maltitol or Sorbitol. Flavour is ok, but I'd recommend the Chocolate Chip or Double Chocolate Chip.
