Appears to be working well as an appetite suppressant +++ on first impression, will be looking forward to results as I work my way through the bottle. Definitely follow the instructions on the bottle and drink plenty of water and eat with it, I didn't initially not eating for about 20min while I was cooking and it was quite uncomfortable, moderate anxiety, a slight tremour, high heart rate, and nausea. But again this went away with some food and lots of water and the appetite suppressant was still very much in effect, it probably halved my intake for the day. Other positive effects I noticed was; more energy, less bloating, mental alertness, no food cravings and generally better stamina. Would recommend if you are overweight, have problems with an increased appetite, food cravings, struggling to stick to a diet and have a lot of fatigue. I wouldn't recommend if you have chronic anxiety, have a normal or underweight bmi, eating disorder history (anorexia nervosa or bulimia), heart issues, or a sensitivity to caffeine.

This works very well! Does what it says! It will definitely help you shred some fat and boost your metabolism/give you energy. You will experience better: . Cognitive thinking. . More energy for the next 6 hours after you take it. . A boost in metabolism. . Improved mood. This is not a magic pill though and you will still need to put in the work, this will help you achieve results!

Read some rather good reviews of this product so hoping for the best. Just started trying it, but will monitor accordingly, previously used Oxyshred as main weight loss supplement, so looking forward to trying this as based on the reviews, seems pretty good.

Another great Ripped product. Unsure if it's only the caffeine or the rest of the ingredients but it certainly helps with workouts. Enables me to push harder helps with the weight loss.

Great product. Not such a caffeine hit as much as the original which means if you miss a day not so much of a withdrawal.

Amazing product, most definitely works a treat. Does not give you the shakes and is effective within twenty minutes of consumption. Highly recommend the product to all. High energy and keeps you moving and sweating throughout workouts without fatigue.
