I got the fruit punch flavor and it tastes delicious. I used to be an energy drink from the dairy type person but I much prefer this as it's easier on the stomach, has me drinking more water, and I can control how strong I want it. I've been fighting fatigue from long covid and I've noticed the days I use preworkout I am way less bogged down by it.
