Flavour is great and would recommend to others who like lime. It is not strong or sour but a nice subtle flavour. Definitely helps with focus throughout the day, does exactly what the marketing says it does.

Very effective and increasing fat loss alongside exercise and a healthy diet. I find Lime, Grape and Pineapple taste really good. Watermelon was absolutely awful, so bad I had to throw it out because of how artificial it tasted.

I totally recommend you try this product. I take it first thing in the morning to kickstart the metabolism and for an instant boost of energy much like a preworkout before i workout but its better because it also helps suppress my appetite and is refreshing. Im currently using it to help with cutting phase as i don’t always keep track of my calories.

I bought the raspberry lemonade and the grape flavours. The lemonade one was less strong/flavoursomw than the grape, but they both give me tingly hands and face at first, and loads of energy. I will be back for more.

Really love this product! It is high intensity so I do find that it gives you the pre-workout tingles, so it could be used as a fat burner or pre-workout. Great for curbing the appetite, really yummy flavours too!

Tastes great, keeps me full and awake for a while without any jittery feelings. Doesn't mix amazingly but as long as you keep shaking it while you drink it it's fine. Will be buying this again.

I dry scoop everything and have tried other brands that taste far from the actual flavour but I like the taste of the Raspberry Lemonade Flavour! pretty spot on, even when I don’t dry scoop and just chuck it in sometimes.

Having in the morning, after don't feel hungry even at lunch time, its keep me up till late lunch. Its trigger before, during and after workouts. Taste is great. I recommend this for hardcore workers. Only issue is keep me wake till late night if I had it around 5-6 pm during my Gym time.
