Love this product! Swapped to aminos from pre-workout as I'm just getting back into gym and didn't want to overload by body, and I actually prefer this. Also helps me focus on uni work hahaha. My boyfriend loves it also, who is a professional hammer thrower and has swapped energy drinks out with this and says it works even better!

Love this brand of Pre-Workout I have tried quite a few flavours and Watermelon is definitely a fave, not too sickly sweet, easy to mix and to drink. Amazing energy boost, helps me to focus while instructing my fitness class and give it lots of energy

Wow this stuff wakes you up. I can feel the thermogenic effects of this for at least a couple of hours afterwards. It doesn't mix very well, though, so needs a really good stir. Very very tasty though, just like diluting orange juice :)

My favourite amino acid source! So far tried 3 flavours and they’re all so good - I will have one almost every day. Have noticed that my muscles don’t get as sore when I do drink these, and it’s a good source of caffeine for when I don’t take pre workout.

Since finding Optimum Nutrition's Amino Energy product I have never ever looked at another BCAA product again. As a non-coffee drinker this is a perfect pick me up in the morning that is healthy and compliments my gym training. I cannot rave about this product enough and order it every month! The tub has a very generous serving size too!

These Amino acids are fantastic before and after a workout. The fruit fusion is my favourite but the flavours are all good. I was ordering these at much greater expense from overseas so was thrilled to find them in NZ. Delivery is always prompt!
