Great product, makes a noticeable difference to my performance. I mix it with only Beta-Alanine and Caffeine as I have found this basic combination works best for me as a 50yo focused on strength training.

Mixes well, tastes like it does something! I haven't observed any dramatic effects yet, but the science is pretty good on this supplement.
