I haven’t been in the gym for about 4 years..2 weeks into using this bundle and I’m starting to see results.Doing Keto eating in a calorie deficit between 1900-2000cal Im 6’1. Started at 110kg 25% bodyfat wanting to get down to 96-98kg 15-12% by December and maintain until march then slowly start bulking phase,Currently 105kg Bodyfat tbc but other than that so far so good.
