My partner and I absolutely love this stuff. She uses it on its own before a gym session, I use it alongside a different non-stim pre workout. It gives SUCH a noticeable boost in energy while we work out, without having a harsh drop off or being too packed with caffeine (some are just crazy) and it doesn't have that typical energy drinky flavour. We've tried most of the flavours so far and there are no bad ones, Blue Raspberry and Fruit Crush are the favourites though.Green Apple
