Fruit Punch
Gives me energy when I’m training which lasts for about an hour and a half. Taste it okay, It says to add 200 mls of water but I always do 250 mls because the taste is kind of too much for me, but other than that I like the energy I get out of it. -

Have used for cardio, group fitness classes and heavy weight sessions, works will for all of those to give you the energy you need to give it your best. The energy boost lasts around 60-75 minutes from my experience.
