This pump pre workout is my first pump preworkout, I find the pump from this pre workout very good and helps me push through hypertrothy during my trainings. However, the flavour sour gummy is not good, its just really bitter and doesn't taste like sour gummys. Do try other flavours though.

Flavour is decent, especially for this line of products. Definitely does the job, would recommend
