Recommended Use

Slide hands into the gloves with fingers extending through the half-finger sleeves. Pull the wrist tab snugly and secure the hook-and-loop strap around the wrist before handling weights. To clean, hand wash in cold water using mild soap, gently squeeze out excess moisture with a towel, and lay flat to air-dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area away from direct heat.
