Before it was always curse for me but I was finding with the 'blood flow enhancers' that they were using that I would start to get light headed in the top reps of heavy lifts. Have only tried green apple and it taste amazing, like a green apple chuppa-chup. Had 20 minutes before workout and was ready to go with a decent kick up the ass but no tingles or edginess. Will defiantly be buying again!
Link to this reviewI tried the fruit punch flavor - don't like the taste at all. That being said, it does give me a huge energy boost during my workout and keeps me going and going. I like ON and would recommend it but not fruit punch flavor. Yet to try there other flavors.

Link to this reviewI have tried the green apple, I like this flavour because it isn't too sweet like other pre-workouts. This pre-work out gets me going but it doesn't give me sustained boost or focus like others have. However, I didn't get any nasty tingles or shakes from this stuff either.

Link to this reviewI've found that this pre-workout really works for me. It gives me energy, which gives me focus and drive. It prevents me from hitting the wall early on like I used to. I do get a bit of tingling in my hands, but it goes away once I start exercising. I've been taking it 20 - 30 minutes before my workout as it takes about 30 mins for caffeine to work. I definitely recommend giving this one a go if you haven't tried it before. I got the apple flavour - Love it.
