Decided to try this to help me along my weightloss journey, Oxyshred has been great for me. I have raspberry refresh, it is quite sweet though so I have been watering it down to make it more manageable nothing bad. I have been having it in replacement to coffee in the morning before a workout. Paired with a change of diet & moderate excersising I've lost 6-7kgs in 5weeks. Oh I also received a free oxyshred energy drink as a gift when I ordered and it was actually really good. Peach rings if I remember? Can't wait to try another product!

Ive been looking for a protein powder for awhile. I heard good things about the EHPlabs one. Was relying on the reviews on the Vanilla Ice Cream as all of them said it tasted good. So glad I did as it does. Not chalky and mixes well. Will be good in smoothies or mixing it into my overnight oats etc. Very keen to try the other flavours now!
