How It Works

During demanding resistance training, skeletal muscle fibres experience microscopic tears that require immediate dietary protein and amino acids to repair and grow stronger. Nitro-Tech 100% Whey Gold delivers a powerful matrix centered on hydrolysed whey peptides and ultra-pure whey protein isolate. Because these whey peptides are pre-broken down into shorter amino chains, they bypass prolonged gastrointestinal breakdown, swiftly elevating circulating plasma amino acid levels.

This rapid influx of amino acids—particularly the high concentration of L-Leucine—activates the mTOR pathway, the body's primary molecular trigger for muscle protein synthesis. Supported by high-grade cross-flow micro-filtered whey concentrate, this formula sustains ongoing tissue repair while keeping carbohydrates, fats, and sugars exceptionally low, making it an ideal choice for both lean muscle building and strict cutting phases.

Recommended Use

Mix 1 level scoop (approx. 33g) with 180ml to 240ml of cold water or skim milk in a shaker cup. Shake thoroughly for 20 to 30 seconds until fully dissolved.

• Post-Workout: Consume within 30 to 45 minutes after exercise to fast-track muscle recovery and repair.

• Daily Protein Boost: Enjoy 1 serve between major meals or blend into your morning oats or smoothies to effortlessly meet your daily protein targets.
