Masashi vanilla high protein, great on value, mixes pretty decent I blend mine making milkshakes but sometimes shaking can’t leave a little bit of lumps in it, taste phenomenal if you like vanilla milkshakes it doesn’t have that high yucky protein taste, results wise I have gained a little bit extra weight but I make my protein shakes high in carb, keeps my stomach extra full. Great if you need extra calories/ carbs with high protein boots to build the extra muscle mass not so good if you’re losing weight or should I gain lean muscle maybe reducing them amount you use. Overall I rate this pick
