Very good purchase straight dunked a couple scoops for quick sessions n set to go. Longer sessions just added water followed instructions on container recommend sprint fit styles in the future thank you

Delivers a strong kick, flavour is extremely sour so be cautious but the pre-workout overall is amazing.
