This shit is fire - so much easier to drink than a protein shake. They’re quite strong in terms of flavour so good if you love sour flavours/sugary drinks, but you can also water it down more than the suggested amount and sip it during the day to have flavoured water. I find shakes too thick and make me feel ill trying to down them before they get warm, but these are great to have during the day. I got the sample pack to see which flavour I liked best; cola is my favourite, followed by apple then grape. But all of them taste great. Highly recommend.

Tried the sour apple. Taste better with juice.
