My first foray into plant protein. The concept and benefits I buy into but my first reaction was the taste was not the same as whey. It was not as sweet but it's growing on me and the sweetness of whey made me wonder if there was something unnatural in it that contributed. Anyway I'm in for the whole tub and probably wont go back. Results are pretty similar but I'm expecting health benefits are more subtle but definitely there. Give it a try.
