I've tried a few different mass gainers and this has got to be my favorite. Great taste and mixes well. I only use half a serve a day which has about 600 calories, 25g protein and over 100g of carbs, which is a bit higher than some of the other mass gainers I have tried. This product also doesn't upset my sensitive stomach, which was an issue with some other mass gainers. Will be sticking to this one!- Lizzy
