I use Kids Good Stuff to balance my diet when I'm not eating enough fruit and vegetables..works a treat! The flavour is okay I imagine easy to get the children to take with desirable ingredients too. Just one ingredient I'd rather not have is the pea protein seems to be used as filler 9.5gm of 15gm serve- Lizzie
