This product doesn't make me sleepy but it keeps me in a deeper sleep through the night. Notice that it effectively reduces bloat before you're even asleep and makes you feel a lot leaner in the morning. I am enjoying what it's doing I just can't get past the flavours, they are hard to drink! I ended up shooting the scoop with a mouthful of water which is better than adding to a glass of water. Definitely want to keep taking it- Sam
