Fuji Apple
This actually tastes like actual proper apple - it's been a while since I've had a product that actually tastes like the flavour it says. So defs an improvement, my sleep has improved heaps as well esp due to my rotating shifts and late night finishes. Weight management wise I'm not so sure, it hasn't been a month yet. I generally give it a month before I can actually start saying I see results or not. But I guess it's a wait and see, that's the only reason I give it a 3.- @rissFit__
