Peach Tea
It's only been a week but, well, I suspect it's stopped my chronic sleep problems. I've felt energised, calm and happy. For the first time ever my sleep quality was measured at 90% - 2 days running. No idea if it helps weight loss though. The Peach Tea flavour is pretty yuck, tastes chalky and it's really one to just knock back.- Steph
