The taste is amazing!! So easy to drink. I have noticed a bit of a difference in my body with a bit of weight loss in conjunction with exercise and healthy eating. I have been doing bodyweight home workouts with some light weight arm days and HIIT 2-3 times a week. I notice I get warmer faster after taking this and working out. I feel this does suppress your appetite ever so slightly and helps you to recognise you’re full, and stay fuller for longer. I will definitely get this again :)- Zara
