Loveeeeeee these!!! I always put them in the fridge so they are nice & cold but still great even if not refrigerated. I get a good boost from these esp for my 4am workouts! I tend to drink half before & half after each session. I love the taste of each & the mixed boxes are great! Best price and always super fast shipping.- Renee
