Good flavour profile for a plant based protein. Not as nice and doesn't mix as well as whey but that's to be expected with all plant based protein. A little grainy/sandy but again it can't be avoided and still goes down very easily without causing the bloating or gassy issues sonetimes associated with whey. Definitely replenishes energy and helps with muscle recovery. I mix mine with soy milk which gives it a good consistency. Would 100% buy it again.- Troy
