I'm using Nuzest Clean Lean Protein for a couple years now and it supports my nutrition perfectly and way better than using whey protein. Nuzest does not give me a bloaty feeling in my stomach like whey protein does so it is really digestive friendly and tastes terrific. The best combination is to mix natural and smooth vanilla in a 1:1 ration for nice and not too sweet taste.- Andreas
