I wanted some multis and I know the stuff they sell at the supermarket is usually made for the general population and not for athletes. All the reviews came back to this being one of the best and thought I would give it ago. I can't believe how well it works!. I am no longer fatiqued during the day and my strength at the gym has sky rocketed! I recommend this to everyone who is serious about being results.
