So its been 1 full week that I've been taking Detonate and I love it! My partner and I are both taking one a day :) I've lost 800gm this week and nearly 2cms from my waist and nearly 2 cm from my hips! Taking one a day hasn't made me too hyper either which is what I was worried about.
