Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Looked these up to see that they were a good protein bar in terms of low sugar and carbs but HIGH PROTEIN value. Have tasted other bars that were nicer , but the nutrional value did not stack up. Find I can only consume 1/2 bar after training then eat the other half later. Does the job of curbing a sweet craving but may not be to everyone’s taste as can be chewy- Sharon
