I have to be brutally honest here, this stuff tastes fowl to my palate BUT it is natural, gluten, dairy, egg, soy, lectin free. No preservatives or additives, no lactose or artificial flavours, sweeteners or colours. No pesticides or animal products which is amazing!!!! Even kids can have it. It works as good as any other protein powder too. I have a friend that used this also before she competed in her comp. I still use this product but just down it rather quickly. At least i know its good for my body!!!!
