Brought this after someone recommended I tried using a product with Collagen in it to help with my skin and hair. I add a scoop to my morning diet ice coffee shake and it’s delicious! Haven’t noticed to much of a change in skin or hair but have noticed my nails are feeling stronger - however I feel with more time I will feel and see the benefits.- Steph
