I bought these a week ago, amazing stuff. I used to go to sleep around 11pm and I would wake up almost every night around 2am or 3am and struggled to go back to sleep. Because of this issue, I would always feel tired and my colleagues used to comment on how tired I looked before I even start work. However, since taking these ashwagandha gummies my sleep has improved so much that when I go to sleep at 11pm, I would sleep through the night and only wake up to my alarm at 6.30am. I highly recommend buying these, you won’t be disappointed. Also, big ups to Sprintfit, I ordered these gummies + other products and they were delivered literally the next day before midday.
