Really Good protein, helps me feel satisfied and full, I think with all proteins if you drink them too fast you may feel a bit nauseous Tried the Cookie Crunch I like the crunch bits, flavour its a bit intense at the beginning but then you get used to it if you mixed it with a spoon of peanut butter YUUUM!- Stefania
