I’ve struggled with IBS for a few years now and have tried almost everything. I contemplated getting this for a while, because I’m not that into supplements and it is pretty expensive - but it definitely worked for me, my gut health is the best its been in 3 years. This paired with a more inclusive and diverse diet ?? would definitely recommend.
