Love this product. Not heavy at all and doesn't give you that bloated feeling a lot of protein powders give. I've been having it in my daily smoothies and ive lost 9KGs, its the only part of my diet and exercise routine that ive changed so its definitely works well as a part of a balanced diet. Very smooth, dissolves easily and doesn't leave a milky taste. Vanilla is definitely my favorite and goes with everything - unfortunately it was out of stock so had to try the chocolate, took a while to get used to the taste but otherwise great as well. Definitely recommend.- Liam
