Cookies & Cream
I brought chocolate and also cookies and cream. I like the chocolate flavour better but the cookies and cream is very nice aswell and my partner prefers the cookies and cream. Cookies and cream is more like a vanilla flavour so it just depends what your into, chocolate or vanilla.it definitely helps my muscle grow and helps with recovery too I definitely like this better then the nitro brand. 5 stars from me- Sasuke
