A nutritionist recommended this product to me to help support me through peri-menopause to provide all the vitamins and minerals etc that I need so I gave it a go. I either add to smoothies or drink on its own with cold water. The taste is better than it looks. Within a week the skin on my face was smoother and the hormonal break-outs had greatly reduced. Hopefully I'll see some more benefits over time.
