I luv oxyshred. I take it every nite b4 wrk, i start at 12am so it gives me a boost b4 wrk. Then i take another scoop b4 the gym or training. It tastes great & gives me a boost. Passionfruit was prob a fav but im on mango currently & its pretty good 2.
