I have nothing to compare to protein bar wise but what I thought was the flavour has a after taste that's not the best I'm assuming it's to do with the pack full of protein with taking out the sugar but it's do able, saving money getting a box they're like 5 dollar a Bar?? otherwise. The different flavors are awsome gives you options would recommend getting a mixed box so you can taste the flavors incase you buy one 12 pk of ones you don't like. Overall I probably will be buying the mixed box again- Musashi
