Quercetin is a stable supplement of my husbands. He has been taking it for about 5yrs after being recommended it for his low immune system and annual chest infections. Since taking Quercetin he has not had another chest infection and feels Quercetin has improved his immune system. I chose this one as it has a good high strength.
