I got Rainbow Sherbet and Grape. Have only tried the Rainbow Sherbet and wow, easily the most delicious flavour out there. Pre-workout wise it's amazing, gives me the extra boost and the energy to go for longer. As to the muscle recovery, unfortunately I haven't noticed any benefits. But I'm definitely going to keep buying ON Amino Energy because of the two former points I made. Definitely recommend. Plus the free shaker the double combo comes with is awesome. Great deal.
