So I was very skeptical about this product due to the 1 million (joking) things ive tried, that worked but then didn't to also helping me manage my weight. My brother told me this product will help support my refreshed weight journey and although I was stubborn because I use to be slim and athletic in my 20s I didn't wanna try it out. But I put my doubts aside and tried it! Getting a flavor i would love. 3 WEEKS IN! ITS HELPED DRASTICALLY AND I COULDN'T RECOMMEND ANOTHER PRODUCT FOR NOW! HAHA.
