The ingredients on paper seem clinically dosed, but naaaaa:
1) Funny enough it's actually flavored (unknown flavor which is too sweet)
2) About 2g of Nitrate in the formula, which will lower your blood pressure & crash you
3) Tried having it with a sugary snack to count that .. didn't work
4) Not much pump from the Citrulline or tingles from Beta-Alanine (seem to be under dosged)
5) Pink salt is nice to have, yet made me more thirsty
6) Ended up having only 1/3 of the scoop or 5g only a day with 2 star results for my workout
7) Plus side no caffeine or tyrosine to give u headaches
