By far the best creatine i've used. As a woman I was at first shocked by the "swell" and the "pump" it gave me and sometimes it would be a bit too much but now I've come to love that feeling. I changed to another creatine that doesn't give me that feeling. I cant wait to finish it so i can come back to this- Bernadine
