My first ever injury after playing 23 years of soccer 34 F Aussie, I got blind-sighted/charged at from behind on the field with the force deadly enough to completely tear my acl and partial meniscus. Im taking this product purely to prep my body for the ACL surgery so that i have the best chances for the graft to take and heal, Its a huge decision for me as Ive been vegetarian for 16 years and after hours of research (mostly in tears) Ive had to make the tough decision to put my own needs first. I found this Collagen Repair to be the only product on the market that would “break” my 16years of being veggie/ borderline vegan which is wild. The Staff have been incredibly helpful with my orders and In the future when i get a chance to update i will. I take a scoop about an hour before physical therapy and sometimes ill combine that with creatine.
