Day 3 of 5 for phase 1 and my only struggle is to get the 2nd protein shake in as amazingly (for me) I'm not feeling hungry. Have tried a few other HCG options and this one so far is well priced and effective. No headache or loss of energy to date. Will do a weigh in and progress report on day 6 and could increase my rating then.
