I have been on Acetyl L Carnitine with Oxyshred. Just recently added Oxysleep to the mix...WoW !! Was very dubious at first but love all other EHPlabs products I've used so far so thought I'd try it...Very impressed noticed a big difference with the Oxysleep. What an Awesome stack. I highly recommend.
