Its ironic that being a fitness company some poor buggers are stuck inside behind a computer looking after customers who have trouble with selecting from a dropdown menu. Their response time was near instantaneous for me and they were more than happy to assist me with my pedantic dietary preference.
Literally can't get better customer service. If every customer interaction is like this then god bless their high performance cotton sports socks.
