Good product to add to your everyday diet. Enough greens for all day, everyday.
I spent a long time researching different ‘green powders’ but eventually landed on Nuzest’s Good Green Vitality. I was happy with the high amount of nutrients to fill the gaps in my normal diet. As a runner, I knew that I would cycle through some nutrients more than my regular diet could replenish, so this was perfect.
The flavor is nothing to write home about, although it’s nicer than others I have tried. I would highly recommend having this with the protein powder, because then it’s virtually undetectable. Otherwise just close your eyes and skull it down. No one has green drinks for the taste.
Since having this regularly (the last 5 weeks every day), I have definitely noticed an improvement in the following: sleep quality, focus at work, bowel movements, skin health, endurance during runs, recovery times. I would recommend this product to everyone. Just make sure you have it consistently so you can actually get the benefit!

I know it’s good for you but I find I put less than the amount recommended. It is an acquired taste and when I started it was too strong for me. I felt like I was drinking seaweed and there was an after taste
Best healthy greens all rounder you can buy
I’ve been using this product for 3 weeks and have noticed a drastic improvement in my health. I have this in the morning with my fruit smoothie. My whole flat was sick and I didn’t catch it what they had and normally my immune is so low I’m the first to get whatever’s going around. It’s even improved my PMS symptoms leading up my menstrual cycle so just shows that my health is being restored all round. It’s been great for keeping my bowel movements regular as well. Great pineapple taste, will definitely continue buying it.

I love this stuff! I’m not normally a ‘greens’ kinda girl, but decided to purchase on a whim. Glad I did! I add it to my daily morning smoothie. I love the flavor it adds and I feel so much better for it. Such a good way to supercharge the day.
The fast way to get more greens. I would prefer it if it had no flavour but I don't mind the flavour. It reminds me of a pineapple lump but not so sweet.
